Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Export Executive to manage and grow our international customer base. This role involves handling export operations end-to-end—right from customer coordination and order processing to shipment tracking and query resolution.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and hands-on experience in export documentation and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing international customers
• Process export orders accurately and ensure timely execution
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to meet delivery timelines
• Prepare and manage export documentation including invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, etc.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve any delivery or customs-related issues
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support
• Support participation in international trade shows and exhibitions
• Maintain customer records, pricing, and order history
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, International Trade, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in export sales or export operations (medical devices preferred)
• Strong understanding of export procedures, INCOTERMS, and logistics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple customers and shipments simultaneously
